Job Mission:

  • To support customer excellence manager on developing Haute Couture business
  • Haute Couture related operational matters
  • Connect client with Paris Haute Couture Team in/outside Salon experience
  • To coach and develop top sales on lifestyle trend/clientelling skills
  • Monthly communication with key GV talents
  • Support CE Manager to launch seminar/workshop for GV development twice a year
  • To promote Dior heritage and lifestyle
  • Conduct and present Salon internally and externally
  • Introduce latest lifestyle and study market situation to internal staff
  • To Recruit New Clients (HC/HH/HJ esp.) from 3rd Party/Competitor Brand
  • Research and develop client engagement tools



Skills or qualities needed:

  • People & service oriented - friendly, patient, dedicated, adaptable, positive thinking
  • Excellent verbal and communication skills in English and Mandarin
  • Great team player, ability to achieve results through influence and problem solving
  • Well organized, pro-active, self-driven with open-mind
  • Excellent Ladies wear know-how, HJ/HH know-how is a plus; Professional understanding to Fashion business
  • Proven customer centric focus. Well established customer relationship management skill
  • Good Excel/PowerPoint Skills
  • Excellent analytical and numerical skills
  • Bachelor Degree holder or above, oversea education preferred
  • Minimum 5 years of relevant experience in CRM or luxury retail
