- To achieve the agreeed all MHD brands sales target by phasing progress, by channels.
- To assist Sales Director in designing and inplementing action plan as well as monitoring the pregress against the agreeed objective.
- To lead the sales team to be highly operational effective and efficient.
- To set aggressive but achieveable individule monthly objectives to both wholesaler and field sales according to agreeed sales target.
- To monitor competitors' actives and channel development trendy in assigned area, report & provide related proposals to Sales Director to keep and win market share of MHD.
- To contract the top NC/MOT in the set area and manage/ monitor the contracted outlets performance with agreeed proposals.
- To complete companys marketing activies in various channels.
- University graduated degree.
- Good Chiness & English writing skill.
- 10 years over commercial background and sales management experience with multinational FMCG company.
- Well understanding of marketing , finance and imported spirit/wine industry.
- Good understanding of people management and moderm selling techniques.
- Being good at comunication with people externally and internally.
- Have good logical analystical ability, and planning ability/skill.
- Active and welcome to challenge working actitude.
