LVMH Code of Conduct

In 2009, LVMH drew up its first Code of Conduct, designed to serve as a common ethical foundation for the Group and its Maisons. In 2017, the Code was fine-tuned and updated to reflect changes in country-specific contexts, business lines and cultures.

The LVMH Code of Conduct outlines the rules to be followed by all employees as they go about their work. It is based on the following six core principles:

– acting responsibly and compassionately
– offering a fulfilling work environment and valuing talent
– committing to protect the environment
– winning the trust of customers
– winning the trust of shareholders
– embodying and promoting integrity in the conduct of business

The Code has been translated into more than 10 languages and is widely disseminated across the Group.
