Position
Key Accountabilities:
The eCommerce planner is the interface between brand's eCommerce, Marketing, SSC teams in China and Supply Chain in HQ/SGP. Main responsibilities are to:
1. Forecast & Supply
Elaborate eCommerce sales forecast with brand, TP and strategy team especially for big events and new eCommerce channel expansion. Collaborate with HQ, SGP, importation, labelling team to ensure on-time stock availability of sellable goods, POSM, wrapping material and blue box in China.
2. POSM management
Well manage POSM (gift&sample) process including forecast, supply, inventory level to assist P&L control.
3. Reservation and allocation
Manage and optimize stock reservation/allocation process to ensure stock needs for big events, deploy stock balancing among channels when there's supply tension.
4. Provide visibility on performance and risks for service / stock / logistics P&L impact to Brand, HQ and cross functions.
5. Make recommendations and lead actions to drive business metrics with key internal functional areas and key clients.
6. Animate periodic planning reviews with brand's Top Management, Singapore and key clients
Profile
Job Requirements:
> 4-5 years Distribution / Retail / Supply Chain Planning experience with knowledge of Supply Chain concepts
> Strong understanding of eCommerce platform mechanics, trends and innovation
> English proficiency and proficient in Excel
> Strong analytical, planning and organizational skills
> Strong interpersonal and communications skills (oral & written), ability to animate reviews with top management
> Self-starter with ability to work independently under pressure and react quickly to changing priorities
