作为精品时尚行业开创性的工学结合培训项目，LVMH卓艺学院提供创意、工艺及客户体验领域的专业技艺培训。

LVMH卓艺学院成立于2014年，旨在传承涵盖创意、工艺及客户体验领域的43项卓越技艺。学院不仅面向年轻一代学子，也为寻求技能转型的专业人士提供机会。

每个培训项目中，学员将在课程中同时学习理论与技术知识，课程由LVMH集团与知名院校合作开设。同时，通过带薪学徒制或技能发展合同的形式，学员可以深入LVMH集团旗下品牌积累实践经验。LVMH卓艺学院的学员还将接受外语培训，并通过大师课结识行业专家、参访工坊与门店。完成相关项目后，学员将获得由LVMH集团旗下所有品牌及其合作伙伴认可的两份证书：一份由所在学校颁发，另一份为“LVMH卓越证书（Brevet d’Excellence certificate）”。

MASTER CLASSES OF THE INSTITUTE OF MÉTIERS D’EXCELLENCE

The ME Institute designs custom-tailored Master Classes for its students hosted by its Maisons.

MÉTIER MASTER CLASSES

Métier Master Classes give students a chance to learn about, try and understand specific skills with experts from LVMH Maisons.For example, students in the Fashion & Creative Industries Design Master program were invited to a Master Class at Chaumet in Paris. During the session they had a chance to visit the recently renovated mythic store on Place Vendôme, marvel at the Grands Salons and speak with Chaumet’s Architecture Director.

DISCOVERY MASTER CLASSES

New students take part in Discovery Master Classes to learn more about the LVMH group and how the ME Institute functions.

MÉTIER MASTER CLASSES

CROSS-DISCIPLINARY MASTER CLASSES

Cross-disciplinary Master Classes bring together students from different programs, enabling them to discuss their respective métiers and better understand the luxury value chain.

MASTERLAB

LAB Master Classes focus on innovation. ME Institute students have a chance to discover new materials or expertise. These Master Classes are organized with outside partners. For example, Woolmark has hosted sessions to present its activities to apprentices and learners.

MASTER GaMEs

Master GaMEs welcome all ME Institute students for a discovery of an LVMH Maison or partner. They work together with the techniques they have learned on a creation around a specific theme.
